To register as an agent, you must:

Have a valid identity document
Have the ability to comply with all Jielicious regulations

3. Agent Responsibilities

As an agent of Jielicious, you are responsible for:

Providing accurate and up-to-date information
Complying with all business rules established
Maintaining integrity in all transactions
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Commission and Payment

Commission will be calculated based on the amount of successful sales. The commission rate is determined by Jielicious and may be subject to change at Jielicious' discretion. Commission payments will be made according to a schedule to be determined.

5. Account Suspension

Jielicious reserves the right to close an agent's account if:

They violate any terms of this agreement
They are involved in fraud or illegal activities
They are inactive for a specified period
They misuse the Jielicious platform

6. Personal Data Protection

Jielicious is committed to protecting your personal data. All information will be stored securely and will only be used for purposes related to Jielicious services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jielicious is not responsible for any loss, damage, or data loss arising from the use of our platform or services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

9. Party Relationship

The relationship between agent and Jielicious is an independent third-party relationship. The agent is not an employee, agent, or official representative of Jielicious unless stated otherwise in writing.
